With a profound passion for holistic wellness and a mission to empower women and mothers, Alana offers a diverse array of classes, including yoga, Pilates, and barre. Each class is carefully crafted to cater to the unique needs and aspirations of her students.

As a certified instructor with specialized training in pre and postnatal movement, Alana is deeply committed to supporting women throughout every stage of motherhood. Beyond traditional classes, she curates enriching experiences such as sound baths, women's circles, and mums and bubs circles, fostering a sense of community and connection among her students.
