Mat Pilates

Ready to transform your body and mind? Step into our dynamic 45-minute Pilates class! Our welcoming environment invites everyone to join, regardless of fitness level or experience.

Each exercise is thoughtfully designed with layers, offering options for customisation and progression. With the use of blocks, balls, resistance bands, and light weights, we keep the class engaging and fresh.
